Once checkout is complete, your order is received and prepared for processing.

Pre-Order

If your item is marked as pre-order, full payment is made at checkout and the item is prepared before dispatch.

Dispatch

Once your order is ready to leave us, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

Delivery

Your parcel is handed to the delivery carrier and travels to the address provided at checkout.

How long does processing take?

Processing time varies depending on the product ordered and whether the item is ready-to-ship, pre-order or requires customisation.

Any product-specific preparation information should be reviewed on the product page before checkout.

When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking becomes available after your order has been dispatched and the carrier has generated tracking information.

Pre-order customers will not receive shipping tracking while the product is still being prepared.

Do you ship internationally?

International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Available methods and charges will be shown during checkout based on the delivery address entered.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the delivery information.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Carrier delays can occasionally happen after dispatch. Use your tracking information to check the latest status first.

What about customs or import charges?
